All chameleons come with a 10 day health guarantee. Chameleons can be delivered via a designated driver of our choice, Air Canada Cargo or another method that is mutually agreed upon. When shipped by Air Canada Cargo the package must be picked up within 3-4 hours of arrival at cargo bay or all guarantee's are voided.

Expo and show sales come with a 3 day health guarantee due to the amount of stress the animal endures during this time.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment in the event of bad weather.

We accept cash, money order, certified cheque and direct deposit.

In the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) we ask that you freeze the animal and picture verification will be required for proof of death. We must be contacted within 6 hours of arrival. Insurance paperwork will need to be filled out on your end and submitted to Air Canada for the insurance claim. We will send another chameleon once the insurance money has been received on our end.
